1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RoadMap Cards & Meets platform, including our website, applications, and related services. RoadMap Cards & Meets provides a digital environment where users can learn, teach, and explore skills such as language, music, arts, cooking, and cultural knowledge through sessions, content, and interactions. The platform enables users to participate as learners or hosts, join live sessions or office hours, access educational content, and connect with others. RoadMap Cards & Meets operates solely as a technology platform and does not provide direct teaching services. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any learning sessions or interactions between users.
3. Eligibility
To use the platform, you must be at least 18 years old or between 13 and 17 with supervision from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to ensure that no one under the age of 13 uses the platform.
4. User Accounts
Most features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show suspicious or harmful behavior.
5. User Roles
Users may participate as students or as tutors/hosts. Students join sessions and interact with content, while tutors or hosts provide sessions, share knowledge, and manage their availability. All users operate independently, and no employment, partnership, or agency relationship is created between users and RoadMap Cards & Meets.
6. Payments and Transactions
The platform may facilitate payments between users through third-party providers. We do not store full payment details. Pricing, fees, and payment terms may change over time. Refunds, if applicable, are handled at our discretion or according to applicable policies.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform responsibly and not engage in behavior that harms others or the platform. This includes harassment, misuse of content, fraudulent activity, or attempts to bypass platform systems such as payments. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for users who violate these standards.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
All platform content, including design, branding, and system functionality, belongs to RoadMap Cards & Meets and may not be copied or reused without permission. Users may upload or share their own content, and while they retain ownership, they grant us a license to use that content for platform operations, improvement, and promotion.
